Steve Baker

Vice President

Steve has been with R.B.Stout for over 20 years.  He is the senior commercial landscape estimator and project manager and also does residential and commercial landscape design. 

He is an Ohio Certified Master Technician-Nursery.  Steve is  certified by Allan Block, Versa Lok, and Reading Rock for segmental wall and paver installations.

Steve has a BBA in accounting and has attended OSU-ATI Landscape Technologies.

Dave Oleksa

Landscape Architect

With over 30 years in the landscape and horticulture industry, Dave is our residential and commercial landscape design expert.  

He is an Ohio Registered Landscape Architect, receiveing his B.S from The Ohio State University.  Dave is also an Ohio Certified Nursery Technician.

Greg Gombas

Operations Manager of the Lawn and Tree Division.

With 40 years in the Green industry (20 years with R.B. Stout), Greg is our expert in charge of sales, service and production for lawn and plant fertilization, weed control, disease and insect problems.

Greg has his B.S. in Agriculture from The Ohio State University. He is a licensed Commercial Applicator with the Ohio Department of Agriculture, certified in Turf, Ornamental, and Industrial categories.  

Mark Rhoades

Landscape Production Manager

Mark started his career with R.B. Stout in 1975. As landscape production manager, Mark is responsible for commercial and residential landscape installations.  This entails organizing and scheduling crews and equipment to meet deadlines.  All while ensuring the high quality standards expected by homeowners, builders, developers, and architects.

 
Paul Revoldt

With over 30 years in the landscape industry, Paul is involved in estimating and sales of residential and commercial landscape installation and maintenance.

Paul is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Agronomy/Turfgrass management.   

 He is a licensed Commercial Applicator with the Ohio Department of Agriculture, certified in Turf, Ornamental, and Industrial categories.  

Gus Gerhart

Gus is a landscape maintenance supervisor and make sure that the nearly 400 commercial and residential properties are always looking their best.
